Absolutely not paleo. Spelt bread is nothing but a type of wheat that is
being marketed as something different. If you are gluten intolerant, which
is possible with the weight you are, then any consumption of any gluten,
which spelt of course has, will keep your villi from regrowing, and you
will malabsorb your food and won't put on weight.

Have you researched celiac disease?
