Perform last rights now. Antioxidents could help. Get a copy of
the book "Protien Power" where it talks about how cholesterol is made.
Do web-searches for our dear friend Atkins, and get information on how his
diet reduces LDL while increasing HDL. In all fairness, part of Atkin's
cholesterol-lowering power is soy. Soy oil is still leathal, though.
Pain is a powerful teacher, and if the lesson it taught him is
"meat will kill you," it will be hard to undo it. Still, I am living
proof that even preferences encoded at the genetic level (my grandfather
eats his meat totally overcooked, and has a sweet {false} tooth from
heck).
