What? Of course pounds come back as fat if you go off a diet. But
converting muscle to fat? What planet is THIS guy from? I didn't go down
four sizes by converting muscle to fat. And I lost much of my weight with no
exercise whatsoever (as have many others). There are numerous studies that
show people on a low-carb diet lose more fat and significantly less muscle
than someone on a low-fat diet. Is it even possible to convert muscle to
fat?
