Gary,

The Ronco dehydrator is great for making jerky and dried fruits.

I use London Broil for the jerky.  Takes approx. 24 hrs. to dry, depending on
the number of trays used.  Tastes great!

Drying fruit usually takes longer because of the water content, but you won't
believe how great fresh raisons taste.
