Everything, and more, you wanted to know about eggs, this URL was
recently posted to the LOWCARB-LIST:

just one tiny problem, they refer to eggs costing a $1 a dozen -- well
in Canada, in our little town -- free range eggs are $3.59 per dozen for
the ones with the wonderful flavor and nice bright yellow yokes -- but
even at that price, they still help make following a paleodiet
affordable and most of all enjoyable
