Hmm... I just checked granulated sugar at USDA, and it lists a
teaspoon of sugar as 4.2g of carb.  Since one tablespoon = 3
teaspoons, that would be 12.6g.  Fitday.com gives me the same
result.  Incidentally, they list 17.3g for honey.
