Meat is "spoiled," "infected" or "contaminated." Dairy is
"cheese" or "yogurt." And yeast is used to make bread.
Still, with agricultural meat I'm not going to take the risks.
Zebra, I might consider eating uncooked.
I ate a steak yesterday that was "cooked enough" in my opinion.
It was bright red on the inside and all so good. I never realized that I
liked rare meat. It's good. And thanks for the warnings about burgers.
I'd hate to vindicate the Diet-Agricultural-Complex by coming down with a
nasty germ.
Tomorrow I'll be looking or free-range eggs and Kava Kava. I
have no idea where the nearest health-food store is. Honestly, I'd never
thought I'd go into one of those again after I turned 8. At least I won't
be eating wheat germ or ToFu.
