Is the Eades book really paleo?  If I remember correctly the emphasis
is on protein requirement and minimizing carbs.  But there is no
distinction between paleo vs. non-paleo carbs.  Am I remembering this
wrong?  Doesn't Eades allow soy, grains, etc.
