If acknowledging and honoring an animals spirit is not religion....... What
is?


<< I disagree.  First, I practice no religion.  It is not reverence for the
 dead, it is done prior to killing the animal.  It would be more accurate to
 say that it is an aknowledgement and honoring of that animal's spirit.
