You can go to the USDA website and order a copy of the video:  THE GREAT
NUTRITION DEBATE.  It's $20 if I remember right.  It has footage of a rigged
or biased (anti-protein and fat) debate. But it does show Ornish, Atkins,
Sears, McDougall and several other diet gurus including the author of Sugar
Busters and a mainstream dietican, a so-called obesity specialist.  It's
interesting to watch.  I ordered it and watched it a few months ago.
