JoAnne Betten writes that she eats mostly meat, with sides of vegetables and
some fruits.  I'd be interested to know if you stick to lower carb fruits
like apples, berries, etc, or do you need starchier ones like bananas for
energy when you bike ride?
Do you count calories, carbs,  or just eat to satisfaction?
