Hello Everyone!

I was wondering what the general consensus among this list is regarding the
paleoness of spirulina. I have some organic powdered spirulina, and put it
in a smoothie the other day which contained 2 raw eggs, 1 mango and grated
ginger. It made my drink green, but was yummy, nonetheless. Judging from
the label, it is not particularly high in protein, but seems full of
phytonutrients and some GLA. Someone recently made the comment about eating
pond scum, so I figure spirulina falls somewhere in that genre.

Also, off topic, please note my new e-mail if anyone wants to say hi. I
never realized that the little voice that actually says "You've got mail"
wasn't just a Hollywood gimmic from that movie. I really must get out from
under my rock more often...

Cheers,
