Sounds like your eggs are really macadamia nuts :)

*Designer-eggs* -- eggs from hens that are fed no fauna just a special
formula of grains & seeds  in order to reduce the egg's cholesterol,
inhance flavor, decrease saturated fat and increase the amount of
vitamin E -- also have a radiant orange yolk.

What does the color of the yolk and the hardness of the shell really
tell us?
