I'm hard pressed to see my ancestors eating flax seeds. If they did, they
wouldn't have been digested, but would have passed right through. I
consider it to be a fad. I'd rather get my oils from raw nuts and raw fish.

So that leaves olive and coconut oils for food preparation, along with
nitrate free bacon fat. I consume a lot of coconut milk. Could it be
helping my eyesight? I don't know.

I understand "first cold press" is the best. If you look around you can
find it.
