As I understand it, evening primrose and borage both have gla, it's just that
borage oil is more economical because it contains a higher percentage of gla
so you can take less capsules than you would have to take of evening primrose
in order to get the same amount of gla.  Can I ask how many mg of GLA you
take per day in the form of evening primrose?
