This reminds me to post a recipe that was given to me recently.  I haven't
tried it yet, but the guy who gave it to me says it's surprisingly
delicious.

1 c. chopped onions, lightly sauteéd
1 can salmon, skin and bones removed; add to onions and break apart lightly
4 eggs lightly beaten and poured over the above
Cook like an omelette, without stirring
