I'm sure you have alot to say but Don's point was that this is a forum for
Paleolithic diet.  As such, discusions of appropriate grain consumption
would seem to be clearly out of bounds as it is clearly a Neolithic food.
I'm not sure of a right to post unrelated information but it is decidedly
rude.  Perhaps you could read more about paleolithic diet on one of the
web sites if you are ignorant of the premise.  This list in particular uses
the book "Neanderthin" as a rough guide.
