In my opinion...................OA isn't a friendly group period.  I was
treated terribly by very rude people the time I went.  I feel that now with
this low carb, somewhat Paleo diet I have been on for almost a year (lost 55
lbs.) that I don't really need a group like that because I am no longer
insatiably hungry.
