Is it just me, or do the rest of you have difficulty understanding how people
might *continue* to eat large quantities of food on this type of plan?
Granted, in the first few weeks of low-carb dieting, a lot of people overdo
the fat and protein to feel satiated. But most people I know quickly move to
a state where appetite is greatly reduced. These people also eat a *lot* of
low-carb vegetables, which seems to never be considered in the diet
critiques. I think the media likes to focus on low-carb and hi-fat gluttony
in order to continue the scare tactics about this type of diet.
