There are some new diet books coming out this winter. One is by Nathan
Pritikin's son Robert. It provides tips for overcoming a "genetic" craving
for high-fat foods. I wonder how he explains this genetic craving? The book
is titled "The Pritikin Weight-Loss Breakthrough: Five Easy Steps to
Outsmart Your Fat Instinct."
