Todd-
How much protein must be consumed before ketosis is suppressed?
(I suppose "the amount needed for gluconeogenesis (GNG) to adequately provide
glucose for nervous tissue metabolism so ketones aren't needed...")
Do you know what the upper limit of glucose calories GNG can provide?

Also, how does nervous tissue tell fat (for trigluceride) and liver/kidney
cells (for GNG) that it needs more ketones for fuel??
