To "season" tallow:

Melt tallow.
Allow to cool enough to insert finger without burning.
Add your choice of herb to taste (quality dependant).
Allow to sit for about 20 minutes stiring occationally.
Strain out herb.
Use tallow in favorite pemmican recepe.

Use of heavy machinery or vechicles not recommended after usauage.
