woa. he reacts just because it's in someone else's system, or if it's on someone's skin? how long after eating dairy can someone touch him? can he be in a room where someone's eating dairy?
(my aunt's the same way w/ penicillan..)

It is my son he is 2.  If someone touches him who has eaten dairy he will
turn red and break out in huge itchy welts--but it is not an anaphylactic
reaction as when he ingests or gets it into his mouth.
