I know how you feel. Being a vegan I have a hard time finding restaurants
with food I can be comfortable with eating or having our kids eat. If any of
you travel through Lewiston, Maine or any towns near here, there are a LOT
of Chinese restaurants and I don't know that they use any dairy at all. If
they do I'd be surprised.
   I also know with Itakian restaurants or your classic pizza places you can
order pizza without cheese. They may look at you funny, but once they
understand it's about dairy allergies they're usually o.k. with it.
