My kosher baker told me he thinks the organic grocery has a non-milk
whipped cream (not soy). I haven't had a chance to check it out but will.
He uses a commercial product.
The kosher market here carries Rich's in the frozen section. Does it
come refrigerated or just frozen?
Curious----those of you who became lactose intolerant as adults,
was it related to any physically traumatic event such as surgery, child-birth
or severe stomach-type illness?
