One thing that I know you have to be careful of is when you ask the
waiter/waitress the ingredients in food, and you are given misinformation.
I was told to tell the person waiting on me that I was severely allergic to
certain ingredients, which would make them more sensitive, and more apt to
be honest about what they were serving me, simply to avoid unnecessary
lawsuits.
