Thanks Lamin, I read putting the burden on the courts to administer the
law.. but how about inability of the courts to carryout the letter of the
law? Is it because they are incompetent, is it because there is
interference from the executive? Who has the ultimate say and the culprit
here? I have long advocated that if you are appointed to administer
justice then regardless of the consequences you should follow the law. Are
we to believe that the justices are blatantly ignoring the bail terms just
to please the dictator or is the Executive directly interfering on how the
judges rule on cases?
I will take your answer and appreciate the input.
