Hi;
I'm new to the group, but have enjoyed the commentary to date. I am
confused as to what exactly ev-fit is. I joined the group just as Dr. de
Vany was departing, so I missed that whole controversy, just as well I
suppose. Although there is a brief description on the web page, there isn't
a lot of detail. I'm guessing that it is somewhat analogous to a high
protein low carb diet. I'm also wondering what the exercise protocol is? If
anyone can give me somemore detail I would appreciate it.
thanks
curt
