At about the same time as last night, I started having a  severe 
persisten and nonproductive cough and shortness of breath, leading to 
low blood oxygen levels. when we checked my blood pressure, it was 
almost as high as last night. I then took some of the nitrogen spray 
i had been given at the ER last night. This helped and thus far we 
have been able to avoid calling a  doctor.

My feet are quite swollen again and I hope I can get a  regular gp to 
make a house call since my primary care physician is on vacation for 
another two weeks.

I appreciate everyone's prayers and intercession  on my behalf.
