I agree that a strong relationship with God would greatly effect our life.
Even should we have pain, or disease despite our efforts to live a healthy
life, God would sustain us, give us true joy and peace. I can't imagine one
living a truly satisfying life without God in the midst of it.

Subject: Thoughts regarding healthy aging:

I desire to live a healthy pain free physical and mental life to well past
my 100th birthday. I have been thinking of those patriarchs who succeeded
at this, and am using them as my role models, and trying to determine a
consistent variable which might contribute to this phenomena. I find, as I
age, I am feeling finer and am healthier than I ever have been.
Even though by the time I reach my centennial year, the chances for one
living to that age or longer might be considerably less than one in ten
thousand. I found an intimate relationship and knowledge of
God is a key element. Even Job did live quite a long time in the end. So,
the stronger is our relationship with God, the better are our chances of
living a good long pain free healthy life.
