Scott,

Just as a reminder, you tried this several years ago under the guise
of the BASR-l list at Trace, and you never did manage to attract the
core developers from any of the screen reader or browser companies.

This is probably unnecessary, and will probably further divide the
forces that are working to achieve the same things now.

Also, if you're thinking about a long winded explanation for your
actions in this matter directed towards me, save yourself the effort.
