Hi Terri,

What you are saying in your post rings true when considering other
technologies, and how the technology was marketed to the public. optical
Character recognition and scanners were proclaimed to be the total solution
for people who are blind and their ability to read the printed word. We
all know the perfect scan and recognition of the word on many pages do not
exist. A person must then go out and find someone who can see to edit the
documents for perfect readability. Many is the time I could tell you about
a person who said we purchased a scanner and software, but the person is
still not all that productive at their job. It was not the total solution.
There are more examples, believe me.
