The Iowa Association for the Blind has wonderful tutorials on almost any
application you may want.  These are written for people with blindness that
use access softwares.  They are quite good.  There is a fee to download
them, but they will enable you to develop skills that can easily lead to
employability.  If you need a trainer to teach you,  we are out here.
Depending on what part of the country you are in, there may be an
organization that can provide this training.
