The discussion between Foucault and Chomsky is reproduced as "Human
Nature: Justice versus Power," in Fon Elders _Reflexive Water: The Basic
Concerns of Mankind_ (London: Souvenir Press, 1974), pp. 139-97. I know of
few discussions of this event. Paul Rabinow writes about in the
introduction to the Foucault reader. And Christoper Norris gives his take
on it in his book, of which I can't remember the exact title, on
intellectuals and the Gulf War. Also for the Chomsky or Foucault
fetishist, there is a brief piece of footage of the discussion in the
documentary _Manufacturing Consent_.
