Hi everyone,

I can't stop thinking about the terrible devastation in the Caribbean from the back-to-back hurricanes. We honeymooned years ago at one resort in the BVI that is completely wiped out. I pray the people on the islands affected will slowly but surely get back to a "normal" way of life as they begin to rebuild...and that their tourism-based economies will recover as quickly as humanly possible. For those of you looking to support tourism at resorts/islands still open for business, you may want to get in touch with one of the GF travel specialists we work with. They can tell you which places are still open (and the ones that can accommodate GF travelers). There are still endless possibilities in the Caribbean, Mexico (and in other areas of the world) to travel. We now have 17 destinations listed on our Gluten Free Getaways page, and that's just a start!

We also added another GF Getaway this past month...to northern NORWAY and the ARCTIC CIRCLE! Winter is an ideal travel time, as it's perfect for viewing the Northern Lights in one of the best spots on Earth to do so! But if the cold weather is not your cup of tea, you can take this trip any other time during the year (it's not a group tour). Read more about the suggested itinerary -- and how your meals will be GF -- on our website:

Be sure to check out our new Featured Review for October...a totally GLUTEN FREE BAKERY on the West Coast, with cakes, tarts, and other sweet treats...as well as savory offerings like soup, salads, sandwiches, and quiche:

And no matter WHERE you live or travel, be sure to do a Search on this page of our site ( http://bit.ly/1XsBVSw ) or right from our Dine Gluten Free mobile app. There are thousands of new GF dining reviews on our site and app...and recent improvements we've made make searching and reading reviews even easier.

That goes for SUBMITTING A REVIEW OF YOUR OWN, TOO. Now adding your own review to an existing business is easier than ever, so be sure to add your feedback about the restaurants where you dine to our site/app.

Finally, don't miss a recent Blog post with tips for a Quick and Easy GLUTEN FREE Southern Dinner (think chicken, biscuits, and peach pie!).
