Not one to believe what I read on websites, I contacted the Jelly Belly
people directly, and asked them which of their products are gluten (and soy)
free.

To my great surprise ALL their candies are casein and gluten free, and most
of the rest are also soy free.  I think the only flavor containing soy is
their chocolate pudding flavor.  Happily, the modified food starch listed in
their ingredients comes from a gluten free source.

Christopher's Candies (Gluten Free Fruit Candies)

I love Sunkist fresh fruit candies.  They're made by Christopher's Candies.
Christopher's sells Assorted Fruit Jellies (the same as sunkist) at Trader
Joe's and Albertson's.  The ingredients are gluten free.  I contacted the
company to find out if they use flour on the conveyor belts and/or during
packing.  I received the following reply.

Thank you for your interest in our candy. Fortunately, no flour is used on
our conveyor belts, we use corn starch.  We hope that this answers your
question.  If you have any further concerns, please call us at (800)421-8448

Only our sauce uses dairy; everything else is dairy free.  Only our cocoa
powder DOES NOT contain soy based lecithin.  All our products
