There have been a couple of questions lately about Goya rice flour. I have
been using Goya rice flour and their fine-grind corn meal for quite some time
with no problems. The fine corn meal is especially good for coating chicken
and making corn bread. The texture is much nicer than with the standard
American coarse-ground corn meal.

Although I haven't called Goya, I did find a telephone number for them:

Goya Foods
100 Seaview Drive
Secaucus, New Jersey
201-348-4900

There is also a web site featuring their products at
http://www.wkbw.com/goya/products.html. It's no help on the gluten-free
issue, but might be of interest if you're interested in what kinds of food
they have available.
