I expect such a food doesn't exist, but I'm looking for a gluten-free,
dairy-free blue cheese.  I presume it would have to be made of soy milk or
rice milk or something.  Has anyone seen substitute cheeses which come in
flavors other than American, Mozzarella, Swiss, or Jalapeno?  Those are the
flavors I've found so far.  I miss blue cheese.
