Yes, I am feeling much better!! I have put the emails in a 'special folder' to go reference when I get down!!!!! Which I hope doesn't happen for awhile!! <smiley face>

For any that may not have responded, just wanted to say that the sister did apologize, and I accepted, I was so overwhelmed. I have enough to get through a day, I don't need that! 

It sure helps, more than I could have ever imagined!, to know others do have the same 'feelings/problems!'
