In response to a post last Saturday regarding soy sauce, I'd like to note
that in the US there are brands available that don't contain wheat.  As I
understand it LaChoy and Kroger brands are GF in the US.  This is according
to Abigail Neuman's GF Food Index page.  I've not used the Kroger brand, but
use LaChoy regularly with no trouble.
