Barb, the gluten-free diet is a diet for life. If you were confirmed
celiac through a small bowel biopsy, there is no such thing as "(less)
gluten sensitive as most". You may not outwardly have symptoms - many
celiacs do not - but any gluten you ingest either knowingly or not can
have very damaging consequences to your health.

You should post another message to the group with your location. Perhaps
someone on the list can suggest a celiac association near to you.
