I guess I should have been more clear...I got many responses saying that it
didn't matter what we used unless Kaitlyn has DH.  Well, Kaitlyn has DH.
She does break out when she has skin contact with gluten.  If anyone has
any information I would really appreciate it.  I will post a summary as
many have already asked for one.
