Here on business and had two business dinners I hosted. First was at Bonefish Grill (VG GF Menu) and 2nd was at PF Changs (GREAT GF Menu). Even had a GF desert at Changs - a flourless chocolate cake with fruit. Since I am driving back to Chicago and stayed an extra day becuase of the storm up there I went to "Wild Oats" to load up on GF munchies for the ride. Their prices on GF products down here are significantly higher than what I pay for the same items in Chicagoland - and those prices as we all know at best are steep. I owe the list a summarization on my fingernail query and the large amount of responses I got on that subject.
