Xanthum Gum is a powder milled from the dried cell coat of a microorganism
called Xanthomonas campestris grown under laboratory conditions. It works as
an excellent substitute for the gluten in yeast breads made from flours
other than wheat.

Several place in the US sell this by mail order, e.g. Ener-G Foods and The
Gluten Free Pantry. I suspect you can get one of the to ship overseas. Both
have web pages and e-mail accounts. See:
