Hello fellow anti-gluteneaters :)

I am wondering if anyone has found a gluten free variety of 'fake' crab, not
in a can, but the 'crab' that is in the plastic packages (usually pollock or
something i think!). I hope someone knows what I mean!! I love to make sushi
and this is one thing I'm missing in it!
