Thanks to everyone who responded!  For those also travelling to Seattle, here’s what I learned.

 

The specific restaurants recommended were:

 

PF
     Chang’s Flying
     Apron Bakery in FremontGF
     bakery in Pike Place Market called Coffee and…Wild Ginger on 4th streetTulio on 5th street (close by the central library)
