healthy book-- she's got a GREAT fat free french bread recipie

(easy to make too!).

Ener-g foods sells hamburger buns but,  very expensive ($1 or more per
bun???)
   white rice hamburger buns 3 for $5.06
   brn rice                  3 for $5.41
   tapioca hot dog buns      3 for $6.62

and tres high carb.......

their Gourmet Gluten free four  5 pounds for $4.20 (US) is a great base
item for GF baking. Lots of folks who had no great luck baking GF, swear
