that is why i said find a balance between not enough and too much.  you do
still have to be active enough to keep healthy. my doc advised me to move
some of my activity to the water.

    Keep up the activity and exercising! I've slacked off and am not paying
for it big time. If I don't do something soon, it will get awful. I can only
walk no more than 100 ft. And I sound like old "Huff and Puff". My internist
said part of it comes from taking Lipitor, an anticholeterol drug which
depletes muscle enzymes. I know I have said this all before, but it is a
shame. When I smoked and drank all the time, I had lots of energy (and was
27
years younger)! Now it is hell. Sorry to whine.
