Thanks. The reason I kind of ruled out Tampa is I understood that the paratransit system was very unreliable. If I could or wanted to bother to use the bus system (if there were sidewalks) then I would not be eligible around here for the door-to-door transportation. If you have any further thoughts, they would of course be greatly appreciated.

What city are you from and how is the transportation handicapped and otherwise there? What about the economy?
