There's been confirmation of an A(California)H1N1 flu infection in Scotland, confirming community human-to-human transmission of the virus outside of America.  This flips the switch for WHO to declare that we are in phase 6 (actual pandemia) of a pandemic cycle.

I would imagine that world media outlets will be all over this today like a bum on a baloney sandwich.
